Can I visit during the program?
Yes, after the first week. Before that a visit sets most dogs back a few days, and we would rather not spend your money undoing it.
My dog has bitten someone. Is that a problem?
Tell us in the form. It does not disqualify you. It changes which program you start in and how long it takes.
Do you use e-collars?
On some dogs, at levels the dog barely notices, and never before two weeks of leash work. You will be taught to use it before your dog goes home. If you would rather we did not, say so on the form and we will train without one.
What happens at the handover?
Two hours with you, your dog and everything the dog learned. You leave when you can do it yourself.
Do you board dogs you have not trained?
No. The yard is small and the dogs in it already know the routine. Boarding is open to graduates, and daycare runs Tuesday through Thursday.
